Out of 400 odd war decs placed by privateers, this is the only one we have had any complaints about.
Thats suggests EXCELLANT customer service at a great price.
Conversly I have had many satisfied customers. For cost price, you can get 500 pilots all over empire shooting your enemy. We only got to pop 1 ship and the contracterr has made their money worth while. This is a public service we are providing.Many people have taken advantage of our service to strike a blow back at a much bigger corp/alliance who has been bullying them.
We dont ask for any profit out of it - and also provide a free-to-join corp for pilots who want to share our wardecs, and all we get is someone saying "oh they are cheap they must be ****"

This is entirley unintentional though, we are not trying to force mercs out of business. In fact many merc corps have joined our alliance to take advantage of the pooled wars, and indeed others are welcome to come .
The problem as i see it, is that the prices set by many of the more established merc corps are totaly out of the reach of the common man/small corp.
We dec for the price of a few missions.
Though with a merc corp I gather you can tell them where to go and what to camp etc. We are spread out all over empire.
